About Coach Cory
Born and raised in the competitive sports culture of Cincinnati, my journey from Sycamore High School to playing collegiate football at Thomas More University ingrained in me a deep understanding of what it takes to reach the next level.

Since graduating, I have dedicated my career to empowering others through fitness. With over 8 years of experience and a track record of coaching 100+ clients, I specialize in bridge the gap between raw talent and disciplined performance. Whether you are a youth athlete looking for an elite edge - or an adult seeking a custom transformation, I am here to build your resilience and help you overcome any adversity.
